With 7 incubation sites throughout the Greater Orlando region, the UCF Business Incubation Program is an economic development partnership between the University of Central Florida, the Florida High Tech Corridor Council, Orange, Osceola, Seminole and Volusia Counties, and the cities of Apopka, Kissimmee, Orlando, and Winter Springs.
The UCF Business Incubation Program provides a variety of services such as:

  • Mentoring and advising in all aspects of business development and growth including business and strategic planning, legal counsel, accounting/tax, human resources, government contracting, strategic partnerships, marketing and PR, financing, grant preparation, insurance and risk management.
  • Access to experienced entrepreneurs through the Entrepreneur in Residence program
  • Educational programs
  • Marketing & PR support
  • Networking opportunities with peer groups, area professionals, University faculty, and support organizations
  • Adaptable space and flexible leases in several locations in the Orlando area
  • Access to UCF faculty and labs, library, and support organizations
  • Shared reception, office equipment, conference rooms, and other support services.

  The FPC is a 501c(6) not-for-profit corporation under IRS classification and is registered with the Florida Department of State Division of Corporations. The Employer ID number (EIN), assigned by the State of Florida for the FPC, is 593352840. Because the FPC is a 501c(6) trade organizationi, donations (including dues) are not deductible as a charitable donation. They may be deductible as a business expense, but you will need to consult with a tax advisor to determine this for your company.
